I was amazed by the stunning bay view from my spacious room, which had a unique layout. The hotel offers great value for the price paid, although there were a few cons like the limited dining options.

Rooms
9.0
My room was double the size of a regular rental, and I loved having a full view of the bay from both corners.
Service
8.0
The service here truly stands out, and the staff was in total agreement with my needs, making my stay enjoyable.
Location
9.0
The hotel's best asset is its prime location near everything in Acapulco and right on the beach, although it caters more to a younger crowd.
Dining
8.0
The all-inclusive buffet was a delightful experience with local sweets, even though it ended a bit early at 11:30.
Facilities
9.0
The facilities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the pool area by the beach.

The suites are spacious and feature a balcony, which we found rather nice. However, they were dirty and old with noticeable mold. The property lacks maintenance and investment, making it a less than ideal choice.

Rooms

Service
5.0
The service was subpar, with the manager suggesting to put complaints in writing and lack of investment evident in the property.
Location

The location on the beach was the hotel's best asset, but the area was dated, dirty, and not very appealing.
Dining

The dining was average, with buffet-style service and organic food available, but nothing remarkable.

I stayed at El Presidente and had a mixed experience. The room was double the size of a regular rental, but had some issues like a mattress on a concrete platform, non-working air-conditioning, TV remote, and no towels or soap. The beautiful view made up for some of the inconveniences. The service was hit or miss, with some rude reception staff but exceptional service from Norma, the manager. The location, although nice, was a bit dated and dirty. The dining experience in the buffet area was average. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.

The room was spacious but had some issues like a concrete platform for the mattress, non-working air-conditioning, TV remote, and a lack of towels and soap. The view was beautiful.
Service
6.0
The service at El Presidente was a mix of rude reception staff and excellent service from Norma, the manager. Room service, laundry, and valet parking were available.
Location
6.0
The location, while nice, felt a bit dated and dirty. However, it was the hotel's best asset. The hotel was undergoing legal negotiations with the tourist bureau.
Dining
6.0
The buffet dining experience was average, with an all-inclusive option until 11:30. Limited options were available in the area.
Facilities

There were no comments on the value for money.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and had great views of the bay, with excellent maid service and cleanliness maintained throughout. However, some aspects of the service and location left much to be desired.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms were spacious, offering a 3-window balcony with a stunning view of the bay. There was a convenient minifridge/bar combination with a luxurious marble top. The air conditioning worked well, and there were always plenty of towels available. The varied layouts made the room feel double the size of a regular rental. The furniture was ample for the space.
Service
5.0
The service was lacking, with no apparent effort to maintain the property properly. I was surprised to receive a bill for $1500, which seemed unreasonable given the circumstances. The statement about Acapulco not attracting tourists from certain countries was concerning.
Location
5.0
The hotel's location was nice, but it felt very dated and somewhat dirty. While it was close to everything in Acapulco, it seemed more fitting for a 2-star hotel. The wire noticeable on that avenue gave a less appealing aesthetic.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience, though in a buffet style and all-inclusive until 11:30, was average. The hot dishes served were decent, but there was room for improvement in the overall quality of the food.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offered standard facilities but nothing extraordinary. While the amenities were sufficient, there was no standout feature that impressed me. An average rating for the facilities would be a fair assessment.
